PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct the promotion to be called “INTERNET WEEKEND” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms and Conditions”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be in force in the Island of Puerto Rico from 01.11.24 to 01.12.24”. (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

PROMOTION DYNAMICS AND PARTICIPANTS: ALL PURCHASES PARTICIPATE WITH A MINIMUM PURCHASE OF US$0. All individuals of legal age who make and pay for their purchase online at www.ikea.pr or in the Inspire IKEA app or in IKEA stores and IKEA Points in Puerto Rico, excluding transportation and assembly services, will receive a “10% in a purchase check in Sofas and Sofa Beds HFB 1 PA 111 and 113. 01.01.25 to 31.01.25”, of the value of their invoice in a purchase check to be used online or in any of the stores. Promotion valid from 01.01.25 to 31.01.25 minimum purchase of $150.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• PROMOTION NOT TO BE ACCUMULATED WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS OF SHOPPING CHECKS: if two other promotions of this type coincide in the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the highest amount of the purchase check that you can consume through your store, IKEA point or on the web. The purchase check is non-refundable, non-reactivatable and non-transferable to any person.

• Receipt of Purchase Check: The customer will receive the purchase check via e-mail once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

• Redemption date of the Purchase Vouchers: The date range in which the customer can use the purchase voucher in the online and/or in-person channel (store or delivery point) is from 01.02.25 to 15.02.25

• The purchase check will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding the application of contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

• Online shopping check promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion. The redemption of an online purchase check never generates another purchase check.

• THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website. www.ikea.pr.

• Upon return of the purchase made containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage as appropriate and as specified in “point 4” of these terms and conditions.

AWARD: A shopping voucher worth 10% of the online purchase invoice for IKEA items in a Shopping Voucher to be used online or in person at IKEA Points.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be included in the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the Promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of any doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the applicable law in Puerto Rico shall apply. GENERAL:  THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Rules of the promotion.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Trade Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms and conditions.
