PROMOTION BASES: “10% purchase voucher on independent bathroom furniture”. Valid from July 6 until August 2, 2026.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% CC Independent Bathroom Furniture” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set forth in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”). DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from July 6, 2026 to August 2, 2026, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period,” specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pickup Point, and on the website www.ikea.pr.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for a purchase during the promotion period in any of the following channels: online at www.ikea.pr, through the Teleorders service, via the IKEA Inspire app, or at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, or Ponce in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more items from HFB 6 Bathrooms in the selected PAs (product area), including only bathroom furniture (PA-611) and bathroom sinks (PA-634), at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pickup Point, on the website www.ikea.pr, and/or on the IKEA Inspire app, excluding transportation, assembly, and installation services, as well as opportunity items, will receive the indicated percentage of their invoice total in a Purchase Voucher to be used online or at any IKEA stores or points, with a minimum purchase of $200. Starting on the specified redemption date, customers must go to Customer Service with their purchase receipt and request the printout of the purchase voucher, beginning on the specified redemption start date.

To generate the promotional purchase voucher, a single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion applies. Multiple invoices will not be combined to reach the required minimum.

Purchase vouchers for promotions on bathroom furniture families (PA-611) and bathroom sinks (PA-634) will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items that are paid reservations will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically at the IKEA facilities.

PRIZE: All persons who purchase the specified items during the Promotion Period will receive: One (1) Purchase Voucher equal to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be issued after the customer completes the corresponding payment. When making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.pr or on the IKEA Inspire app, the customer will receive their purchase voucher by email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase.

PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive the purchase voucher of the highest amount by email, which can be used at your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable, and non-transferable to any individual or third party.

The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in Puerto Rico. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or IKEA Puerto Rico points. The transportation value cannot be compensated in cash, and the associated gift voucher from the original purchase will be canceled.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed in full by the customer at any IKEA Point, online, or through Teleorders in Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full within the specified period.

To redeem the Purchase Voucher, the customer must present:

Purchase invoice; Valid proof of identity; If redemption is performed by a customer representative, a customer authorization document and proof of identity of the representative or any other document that guarantees the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The voucher amount, or its remaining balance, cannot be used to offset pending balances for purchases financed with credit cards nor can it be exchanged for another voucher or cash. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher, and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability resulting from acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: In the event of a return of one or more items corresponding to the same promotion purchased during the specified promotion period, the credit note will not include the percentage of the value of the returned item. IKEA's general exchange and return policy applies to items purchased with the Purchase Voucher subject to the following restriction: returns will be made by issuing credit notes.

Likewise, during the Promotion period, if a participant "opts for our return policy" and returns their purchased item, the percentage value of the Purchase Voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees, and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Applicable only to purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelving series or professional products, nor to returns of shelving series purchases for later repurchase of the same type of items to benefit from this promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be included in the data file called “PROMOCIONES,” owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Merely participating in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants for their registered data to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without needing express written consent for the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The terms will be available during the period the Promotion is in effect on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these terms.
