PROMOTION BASES: “Hurry and fill your IKEA FRAKTA in 2 minutes.”

Valid September 14 to September 20, 2026.

These are the Terms and Conditions under which the "Fill Your IKEA Frakta in 2 Minutes Promotion" will be conducted. Any person wishing to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and operation of this promotional activity will be governed exclusively by the Terms and Conditions set forth in these rules and on our website.

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA"). For purposes of this contest, we formally establish our address at SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC IKEA Santa Rosa Mall, Avenida Aguas Buenas, Bayamon, PR 00959. PO BOX: Santa Rosa Mall Mailbox 20000, WEB: www.IKEA.pr.

2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from September 14 through September 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Entries submitted after the dates and times indicated above, as well as entries that do not include all requested requirements, will be deemed invalid.

3. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over twenty-one (21) years of age who, during the period from September 14 through September 20, 2026, have followed the steps of the promotion mechanics.

4. CONTEST MECHANICS: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. Participation is as follows:

2. Comment: Tell us in the comments: "My favorite story with IKEA is..."

3. Share with your friends so they can support you!

5. EXCLUSIONS: Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") and related companies are excluded.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) winner will be selected on Monday, September 21, through the RANDOM.ORG platform. This drawing will include users who participate and leave comments. To be selected as a winner, the participant must have complied with the contest mechanics described in section 4. The winner will be contacted via direct message to obtain telephone and email information; therefore, accurate registration of personal information will be required. The winner will be recorded during the activity and will sign an image release if they agree to let us record the activity. If this is not possible, another winner will be selected.

Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify persons who have won or participated in any contest conducted by the brand or organizer during the last 6 months.

7. PRIZE: Winners must appear at the IKEA Bayamon store according to the following schedule on Saturday, September 26.

The specific time will be coordinated directly with each winner.

The winner may select the items of their preference and place them inside the Frakta bag. These items must come from the home furnishings area on the first level of the Bayamon store, provided that the total value of the products does not exceed US$150.00. Under no circumstances may the amount exceed this limit; if it does, the participant must adjust their selection until it meets the established maximum.

If the winner does not appear on the indicated date, they will automatically forfeit the prize, without the right to make a subsequent claim or receive a replacement.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY: The contest winner will be announced through Instagram and Facebook stories on September 21, 2026, on the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. The winner will be notified by direct message and by telephone call or email at the number and email address provided in the form submitted to participate, with instructions on how to claim the prize. The organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred by the winner to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond to the contact attempt within 24 hours after the contest ends, the organizer will select an alternate winner.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal information that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS," owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these rules and consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, ACT NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants for the registered information to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent to use their personal information for those purposes. In the event of questions or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, Puerto Rico law will apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in effect at www.IKEA.pr.

11. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who have directly or indirectly altered, failed to comply with, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

12. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws currently in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, particularly Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
