PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”): (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will be holding a contest (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”) among people who make purchases at the IKEA Bayamón Store, IKEA Carolina, and Ponce Delivery Point, which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in Puerto Rico at the IKEA Bayamón Store, IKEA Carolina, and Ponce Delivery Point. Participation will be possible from 10/01/2025 through 12/31/2025 inclusive. The selection of winners will take place on 01/09/2026. The checks will be valid until 02/09/2026 for use at the IKEA Bayamón Store, IKEA Carolina, and Ponce Delivery Point.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: To participate in the promotion, a minimum purchase of $50 in a single transaction must be made at the IKEA Bayamón Store, IKEA Carolina, or Ponce Delivery Point on items from the VINTERFINT, STRALA, and VINTERSAGA collections. Then, participants must complete a form and register their purchase receipt on the website www.ikea.pr, which can be accessed via the URL or by scanning the QR code included in the communication in both the printed and digital versions of the brochure.

WINNER SELECTION: Three winners will be chosen through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be eligible, participants must have complied with the promotion mechanics indicated in point 4. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email once their names have been drawn.

PRIZE: An IKEA purchase check worth $250 for the first selected winner, an IKEA purchase check worth $200 for the second selected winner, and an IKEA purchase check worth $100 for the third selected winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, alternates will be contacted. The check will be valid until 02/09/2026 for use on products at the IKEA Bayamón Store, IKEA Carolina, and Ponce Delivery Point.

COMMUNICATION: The promotion will be communicated in the Christmas brochure, valid from 01/10/2025 through 12/31/2025, as well as on social media, the website www.ikea.pr, Newsletter, and physically at the IKEA Bayamón Store, IKEA Carolina, and Ponce Delivery Point.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific rules of the promotion.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, reference will be made to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially the Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
