Remember that every time you choose or add an item to your shopping cart, it'll be saved on top of the web, in "View Shopping cart" indicating the number of items added.
Pick up your purchase in any of the Pick-up Points ( Escorial o Ponce) or send your purchase home with a minimum additional cost.

Once you have chosen all items you want to purchase and clicked "Make Order", we will request a user in order to offer you a more secure purchase.

If you are a registered customer enter your information and click "Login", if your forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" and we will send you a new password to the e-mail address provided by you.

The items purchased ONLINE at www.ikea.pr can be changed and returned in our IKEA Points.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, service or quality of the product or simply changed your mind, return the unused item in the original packaging within 90 days with your receipt. Once we receive the merchandise in our stores and after checking the state thereof we will proceed to refund your money in the same method of payment as the original payment.
If you experience problems accessing any part of our site, may be due to the model or version of your browser settings or options thereof.
You can make an initial verification of your model or edition through the Help menu, in section "About..."
You can also verify if the problems are generated becuase your browser is set with a "High" level security option, in which case the "Internet Options" heading, "Security" section, should be modified and placed at a "Medium" level.
