Cranberry Sorbet Drink
A frothy drink made with pear, lemon zest, fresh cranberries, and a hint of mint. Where’s the DRYCK? In the sorbet!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 dl DRYCK LINGON lingonberry syrup
- 1 dl water
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Zest of one lemon
- Frozen lingonberries for garnish
- 1 bottle of DRYCK BUBBEL PÄRON
STEP BY STEP
- Mix DRYCK LINGON with water and place it in the freezer; stir it occasionally until it becomes a frozen mousse.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Remove the semi-frozen DRYCK LINGON mixture and stir it with a fork until it crumbles. Mix it with the egg whites in a bowl.
- Freeze for 3–6 hours.
- Place a scoop of sorbet in a glass, add a few
- frozen lingonberries, and pour DRYCK BUBBEL PÄRON over the top. Garnish
- with a little lemon zest. Serve with a spoon on the side and
- enjoy.
