INGREDIENTS
Elderflower Lemonade with Lemons and Mint- 1/4 de taza de sirope de flor de saúco DRYCK FLÄDER
- 1 l de agua fría con gas o sin gas
- 3 limones
- 1 dl de hojas de menta
- cubitos de hielo
STEP BY STEP
1. For the sugar rim: pour the granulated sugar onto a small plate, grate the zest of half a lemon over the sugar, and mix it
with clean fingers until well combined. Pour a small amount of
honey onto another plate, then gently swirl the rim of the glass to
coat it evenly. Immediately afterward, dip the honey-coated rim
into the sugar and zest mixture, making sure the mixture sticks well
to the rim.
2. Take the rosemary sprig and hold it by the stem. Remove the
lower leaves to make room for the blueberries. Sharpen the tip
of the sprig so you can easily thread the blueberries onto the
stem.
3. Pour the DRYCK BLÅBÄR blueberry syrup, lemon juice, and sparkling water
into the glass without wetting the sugared rim. Stir to mix in
the rosemary sprig with blueberries.
