Idea of mashed potatoes recipe

Ingredients
  • 500 g. of ALLEMANSRÄTTEN mashed potatoes
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: grated cheese and jalapeños

Preparación
  1. Heat the mashed potatoes in a casserole.
  2. Pick a little bit of the batter and mold it into croquette shape.
  3. Dredge the croquettes in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  4. Cook them in a pan with previously heated olive oil. Optionally, you can accompany them with a little bit of grated cheese or sliced jalapeños.
