1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called “CYBER MONDAY, 20% Purchase voucher on all your online purchases starting from $50.” (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules set out in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from 00:00 to 23:59 on 27/11/2023, on the portal www.ikea.pr and on the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
4. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase on the www.ikea.pr portal or the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA items, excluding transportation and assembly services, will receive a twenty percent (20%) of the value of their bill in a purchase voucher to be used online. Promotion valid on November 27 from 00:00 am until 23:59 pm for online purchases starting from $50 at www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app of IKEA items, no minimum purchase.
5. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
a. PROMOTION NOT ACCUMULABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this kind coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive the purchase voucher of higher amount by email, which you can use in your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-redeemable, and non-transferable to any person.
b. Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher by email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.
c. Purchase Voucher Redemption Date: The date range in which the customer can use the voucher online and/or in person (pickup point) is from December 1 to 31, 2023, inclusive.
d. The purchase voucher will be calculated based on the total value of the purchase, excluding applied services (transport and/or assembly).
e. Online purchase voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or specific item purchases. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules. Redeeming an online purchase voucher does not generate another purchase voucher.
f. Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of $600.
g. THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be provided on our website www.ikea.pr.
h. In the event of a return of a purchase containing items covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the twenty percent (20%) as specified in "point 4" of these rules.
6. PRIZE: A purchase voucher worth 20% of the online purchase invoice for IKEA items in a purchase voucher to be used online or in person at IKEA Points.
7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS," owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules, as well as consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period of the Promotion on the website www.ikea.pr. 9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who have directly or indirectly altered, violated, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
10. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially the Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
