2- DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto RicoApril 11 to 23, 2023 until 11:59 p.m.Those participations that have been made after the aforementioned dates and times will be considered null, as well as those that do not include all the requested requirements.
3- PARTICIPANTS: All people over the age of twenty-one (21) who during the Period from April 11 to 23 have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.
4- CONTEST MECHANICS: Nothing to buy to participate. Participants will have to upload a post on Facebook sharing your recipe with us tagging IKEA Puerto Rico using the hashtag #QuieroSerChefIKEA. Participants must use the products of Tienda Sueca. Participants must have their public profile. The winner will be contacted via direct message.
5- THEY ARE EXCLUDED: Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.
6- CHOICE OF WINNERS: The selection will be made on April 24, 2023. 1 winner will be chosen by internal voting. The winner will be announced on INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK in the story of @IKEAPuertoRico and IKEA Puerto Rico and the original publication of the contest and they will be contacted via direct message, and must respond within 24 hours. If this period expires, the award will go to the alternate. Workers linked to IKEA stores or their direct family members may not participate in this contest.
Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify people who have won or participated in any of the contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.
7. PRIZE: The winner will have their winning recipe highlighted in the next edition of FIKA Magazine with their photo and a $100 Purchase Check for consumption at the IKEA Puerto Rico Store
The amount of the purchase check may not be used to pay for transport or assembly services nor will it be exchangeable for another or a cash value.
The date range in which the winner will be able to use said check in the face-to-face channel covers from April 24, 2023 to December 31, 2023 inclusive.
The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase check and the client exempts the Organizers from any responsibility as a result of the acceptance or use of the Purchase Check or participation in the Promotion.
The use of a purchase check never generates new purchase checks.
8- NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE: On Monday, April 24, the winners of the promotion will be notified via direct message. The winners of the contest will be published through an Instagram and Facebook story on Tuesday, December 25 in the afternoon on the @IKEAPuertoRico and IKEA Puerto Rico account.
9- PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOCIONES", owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 10- ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT RULES: The mere participation in the Promotion supposes the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent by virtue of the Law of Notification of Privacy Policy, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The bases will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in force on the website www.IKEA.pr.
11- GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.
