PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age, members of IKEA Family Loyalty, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and decoration items AND in restaurants (without any minimum consumption) in Stores and IKEA Points, through Teleorders and purchases by Web of the period of validity of the promotion.
5. PROMOTION DYNAMICS: NOTHING TO BUY TO PARTICIPATE. IKEA FAMILY FIDELIDAD customers who buy at the IKEA Bayamón restaurant will have a 20% discount at the moment and in the so-called 5+5 customers who register their card at the cash registerStore and IKEA Points, through Teleordering and Web purchases (excludes transportation, installation and assembly services) within the period of validity of the promotionwhen paying for your purchasesof furniture and decorative items, they will receive a 10% (usual 5% + additional 5%) discount on the value of their invoice in the form of a purchase check, which will be received 35 days after the end of the month in which the purchase was made, according to the discount accumulation policy; orn minimum of $8.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $200 dollars.
6. PRIZE: A 10% purchase check for IKEA Family Loyalty members(5% usual + 5% additional)as detailed in point “5. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT RULES: The mere participation in the Promotion supposes the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent by virtue of the Law of Notification of Privacy Policy, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these bases, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. 9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who have directly or indirectly altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Bases.
10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these bases.
