PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called “10% Shopping Voucher on Your Online Purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

2. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from 00:00 until 11:59 p.m. on January 1, 2026 on the portal www.ikea.pr and in the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

3. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid only for online/web purchases and the IKEA Inspire APP. All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase of $80 or more on the portal www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transport, assembly and installation services, will receive ten percent (10%) of their invoice value in a Shopping Voucher to be used online or in-store at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and points. Promotion valid from 00:00 until 11:59 p.m. on January 1, 2026 for online purchases on www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, from $80.

4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

   a) PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER SHOPPING VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type apply on the same invoice, the customer will receive by email the shopping voucher of the highest amount, which may be used through store, IKEA point or online. The shopping voucher will not be refundable, reactivable or transferable to any person.

   b) Receipt of the Shopping Voucher: The customer will receive the shopping voucher via e-mail once the invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

   c) Voucher redemption dates: The period in which the customer may use the voucher online and/or in person (store or IKEA point Puerto Rico) is from January 2 to January 11, 2026 inclusive.

   d) The shopping voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding contracted services (transport and/or assembly) where applicable.

   e) Online shopping voucher promotions will generate a voucher with a maximum amount of $600.

   f) Online shopping voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular promotion terms. Redeeming an online shopping voucher never generates another shopping voucher.

   g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.ikea.pr

   h) In the event of a return of a purchase that includes items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the ten percent (10%) as applicable and as specified in “point 4” of these rules.

5. PRIZE: A shopping voucher equal to 10% of the online purchase invoice value, to be used online or in person at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and points.

6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be included in the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notice Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants for the use of the registered data by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions without needing express written consent for such use. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, the applicable law in Puerto Rico shall apply. The rules will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.ikea.pr. If a participating winner does not wish to appear in such publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com withdrawing their consent. 8. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

9. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular the Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and by these rules.
