1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “10% Gift Card on your online purchases” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This online promotion will be valid on the island of Puerto Rico from 00:00 to 23:59 on May 5, 2025, on the website www.ikea.pr and on the IKEA Inspire app (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

4. PROMOTION DETAILS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid online/web only. All individuals of legal age who make and pay for an online purchase of $80or more on the www.ikea.pr website or the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transport and assembly services, will receive ten percent (10%) of the value of their invoice in a shopping voucher to be used online. Promotion valid for 24 hours on June 15, 2025, for online purchases at www.ikea.pr or on the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items.

5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

   a) PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the purchase voucher with the highest amount will be sent by email and can be used in-store, at an IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable, and non-transferable to any other person.

   b) Receipt of Purchase Check: The customer will receive the purchase check via email once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

   c) Redemption date for purchase vouchers: Customers may redeem their vouchers online and/or in person (in-store or at a delivery point) between June 16 and June 29 inclusive.

   d) The purchase check will be calculated based on the total purchase value, excluding any contracted services (transportation and/or assembly).

   e) Online gift card promotions will generate a gift card worth up to $600.

   f) Online shopping voucher promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase amounts or the purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion. Redeeming an online shopping voucher never generates another shopping voucher.

   g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotional rules, as well as the prizes offered, at any time for justified reasons. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be posted on our website. www.ikea.pr

   h) In the event of a return of a purchase containing items covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include ten percent (10%) as applicable and as specified in “point 4” of these terms and conditions.

6. PRIZE: A gift card worth 10% of the online purchase invoice for IKEA items, to be used online or in person at IKEA stores.

7. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS,” owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 8. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the data recorded may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they shall be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr. 9. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who have directly or indirectly altered, breached, or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

10. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these terms and conditions.
