PROMOTION BASES: “10% off mattresses”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will run the promotion called “10% Purchase Voucher on Mattresses” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms set out in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Terms”). DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”), specifically at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Pick-up Point and on the website www.ikea.pr.

PARTICIPANTS: All natural persons of legal age who make and pay for a purchase during the Promotion Period through any of the following channels: online at www.ikea.pr, via Teleorders service, the IKEA Inspire App, or at IKEA Bayamón, Carolina or Ponce in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION MECHANICS: All customers who purchase one or more Mattresses items (includes only PA 511 as specified below) at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pick-up Point or on the website www.ikea.pr and/or the IKEA Inspire App, excluding delivery and assembly services, as well as clearance and display items, will receive the percentage indicated of their invoice value as a Purchase Voucher to be used online or at any IKEA store or point. Promotion valid from November 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. until November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. in IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Pick-up Point, and on the digital platforms www.ikea.pr and the IKEA Inspire App, with a minimum purchase of $200. After completing payment, whether in-store or online, the customer must go to the customer service desk with the purchase receipt and request printing of the Purchase Voucher, starting on the voucher redemption date specified below.

PRIZE: All persons who purchase the specified items during the Promotion Period will receive: One (1) Purchase Voucher equivalent to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be issued after the customer completes payment. When making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.pr or the IKEA Inspire App, the customer will receive their Purchase Voucher by email sent to the address registered at the time of purchase.

The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and points. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA Puerto Rico stores or points. Delivery fees cannot be refunded in cash and the gift voucher associated with the original purchase will be cancelled.

To generate the promotional Purchase Voucher, a single invoice must reach the minimum amount required by the promotion. Multiple invoices cannot be combined to reach the required minimum.

Promotions for the PA 511 Mattresses family will generate a single Purchase Voucher for the promotion, considering both items that were in stock at the time of purchase and those purchased on pre-sale (without physical stock). This voucher will be issued when all reserved items are available in store.

PROMOTION NOT CUMULATIVE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type apply to the same invoice, you will receive by email the Purchase Voucher of the highest value, which you may use in-store, at an IKEA point or online. The Purchase Voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable and non-transferable to any person or third party.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed in full by the customer at any IKEA Point, online or via Teleorders on the Island of Puerto Rico. The Purchase Voucher must be redeemed in full on the specified date.

Purchase invoice; Valid proof of identity; If redemption is to be made by a representative, a customer authorization document and valid proof of identity of the representative or any other document necessary to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the Purchase Voucher, or its remaining balance, may not be used to offset outstanding balances on purchases financed with credit cards nor may it be exchanged for cash. The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability arising from acceptance or use of the Purchase Voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: In the event of a return of one or more items corresponding to the promotion purchased during the Promotion Period, the credit note will not include the percentage of the value of the returned item. The general IKEA returns and exchanges policy applies to items purchased with Purchase Vouchers subject to the following restriction: returns will be processed by issuing credit notes.

Similarly, during the Promotion Period, if a participant exercises our return policy and returns their purchased item, the percentage value of the Purchase Voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Applies only to purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply retroactively to other purchases of combination series, nor to returns of purchases intended for subsequent repurchase of the same type of items in order to benefit from this promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file named “PROMOCIONES”, owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and also consent, under the Notice of Privacy Policy Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, for participants’ data to be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions without requiring express written consent for such use. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these terms, the applicable law in Puerto Rico will apply. The terms will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set out in these Promotion Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and by these terms.
