LEGAL RULES: “CATALOGUE DRAWING A REST ORGANIZED”.

These are the Terms and Conditions under which the “CATALOGUE DRAW A REST ORGANIZED” will be developed and carried out online. The person who wishes to participate acknowledges and accepts that the development and implementation of this promotional activity will be subject solely and exclusively to the Terms and Conditions of these terms and conditions and our website.

PROMOTIONAL SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”). For purposes of this contest we make formal election of domicile at SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC IKEA Santa Rosa Mall, Avenida Aguas Buenas, Bayamón, PR 00959. PO BOX: Santa Rosa Mall Buzón 20000 , WEB: www.IKEA.pr.

1. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE: This Promotion will be in effect on the island of Puerto Rico from January 8 to January 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Entries made after the aforementioned dates and times, as well as those that do not include all the requested requirements, will be considered null and void.

2. PARTICIPANTS: All persons over the age of twenty-one (21) who during the period from January 8 to January 31, 2025 have followed the steps of the contest mechanics.

3. MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST: NOTHING TO BUY TO PARTICIPATE. You can participate by filling out the form at www.IKEA.pr and confirm your participation by validating your e-mail address through the e-mail you will receive after filling out the form (with the participant's data and answering the question “How do you organize your bedroom?) The winner will be contacted by phone and email, so the correct registration of personal data will be required.

4. EXCLUDED: Employees and family members of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) and related companies are excluded.

5. ELECTION OF WINNERS:3 winners will be chosen through the RANDOM.ORG platform. To be a winner you must have complied with the mechanics of the contest as indicated in point 3.

   Note: IKEA Puerto Rico may disqualify people who have won or participated in any of the contests held in the last 6 months by the brand or the organizer.

6. PRIZE: purchase check in the amount of $200 for each winner.

   The amount of the purchase check may not be used to pay for transportation or set-up services and is not redeemable for any other check or cash value.

   The date range for the winner to use the check in store or at the point of delivery is February 4 through and including February 28, 2025.

   The Organizers are not responsible in case of loss or theft of the purchase check and the customer releases the Organizers from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the purchase check or participation in the Promotion.

   The use of a purchase check never generates new purchase checks.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE AWARD: The winner of the contest will be published through Instagram and Facebook stories on February 3, 2025 on the @IKEAPuertoRico accounts. The winner will be notified by phone call or email to the number and email address provided by the winner in the form sent to participate, indicating the steps to validate the prize. The organizers are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner to claim his/her prize. If the winner does not respond to the contact within 24 hours after the end of the contest, the organizer will choose an alternate winner.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be included in the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 9. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the Promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of any doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the applicable law in Puerto Rico shall apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in force on the website www.IKEA.pr.

10. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Trade Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms and conditions.
