NAME OF THE PROMOTION: “Buy the kitchen of your dreams with a free countertop included”

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA Puerto Rico”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will hold a promotion called “Buy the kitchen of your dreams with a free countertop included” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set forth in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”). DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico from September 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Period,” specifically at IKEA Bayamon, IKEA Carolina, Ponce Delivery Point, and on the website www.ikea.pr

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals of legal age who make and pay for a purchase during the promotion period through any of the following channels: online at www.ikea.pr, through the Telepedidos service, on the IKEA Inspire app, or at the IKEA Bayamón, Carolina, or Ponce stores in Puerto Rico.

PROMOTION DETAILS: All customers who purchase one or more items from the HFB 7 modular kitchen combination series, including only PA 711, 721, 731, 635, and 636, which will be indicated below, at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Delivery Point, or on the website www.ikea.pr and/or the IKEA Inspire app, excluding transportation and assembly services, as well as items in the opportunity area, will receive the indicated percentage of the value of their invoice in a purchase voucher to be used online or at any IKEA store or point of sale. Promotion valid from September 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. until September 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. at IKEA Bayamón, IKEA Carolina, the Ponce Delivery Point, and on the digital platforms www.ikea.pr and the IKEA Inspire APP, with a minimum purchase of $2,000. After making the payment, either in-store or online, you must go to the customer service area with your purchase receipt and request a printout of the purchase voucher, starting on the specified redemption date.

Participation in this promotion will apply to purchases made at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and outlets, including those made through the Tele-Ordering service.

PRIZE: All individuals who purchase the specified items during the Promotion period will receive: One (1) purchase voucher equivalent to the percentage indicated in the promotion of the purchase amount, excluding taxes, to be delivered after the customer has made the corresponding payment. When making an online purchase on the website www.IKEA.pr or the IKEA Inspire APP, the customer will receive their purchase voucher in an email sent to the address registered when making the purchase.

The purchase voucher is non-transferable and can be redeemed by the customer at IKEA Puerto Rico stores and outlets. In the event of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA Puerto Rico stores or outlets. The value of the shipping cannot be compensated in cash, and the purchase voucher associated with the initial purchase will be canceled.

A single invoice that reaches the minimum amount required by the promotion applies to the generation of the promotional purchase check. Several invoices will not be added together to reach the minimum required.

Purchase vouchers for Kitchen promotions will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the promotion period. Items that are on paid reservation will generate the purchase voucher when the paid reservation is physically at the IKEA facility.

PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive the purchase voucher with the highest amount by email, which you can use in your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reactivable, and non-transferable to any person or third party.

REDEEMING PRIZES: The purchase voucher is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the customer in full at any IKEA store, online, or via telephone order in the island of Puerto Rico. The purchase voucher must be redeemed in full on the specified date.

To redeem the purchase voucher, the customer must present:

Purchase invoice; Valid identity document; If the redemption is requested by a representative of the customer, a document authorizing the representative and a valid identity document of the representative or any other document to guarantee the legitimacy of the authorization and the representative. The amount of the purchase voucher, or the balance thereof, may not be used to offset outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards, nor may it be exchanged for another check or cash. The Organizers are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of the purchase voucher, and the customer exempts the Organizers from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the purchase voucher or participation in the Promotion.

RETURNS: When returning one or more items purchased during the specified promotional period, the credit note will not include the percentage of the value of the returned item. IKEA's general exchange and return policy applies to items purchased with purchase vouchers, subject to the following restriction: returns will be made by issuing credit notes. Similarly, within the promotion period, if a participant “takes advantage of our return policy” and returns their purchase, the percentage of the value of the purchase voucher will not be included. All taxes, fees, and/or expenses incurred by the customer to receive the promotion and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Only applies to purchases made during the Promotion Period. Does not apply retroactively to other purchases of shelving units or professional shelving units, nor to returns of shelving unit purchases for subsequent repurchase of the same type of items in order to benefit from this promotion.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS,” owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the data recorded may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In the event of any doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they shall be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion any customers who have directly or indirectly altered, breached, or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in particular Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
