PROMOTION RULES: “11/11 Receive an 11% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases.”

Valid from 00:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on November 11.

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called “11% Purchase Voucher on your online purchases” (hereinafter “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set forth in this document (hereinafter the “Promotion Rules”).

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND VALIDITY: This ONLINE Promotion will be valid in Puerto Rico from 00:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on November 11 on the portal www.ikea.pr and in the IKEA Inspire APP (hereinafter the “Promotion Period”).

3. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: Valid online only. All natural persons of legal age who make and pay an online purchase of $80 or more on the portal www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app for IKEA items, excluding transport and assembly services, will receive eleven percent (11%) of the invoice value in a Purchase Voucher to be used online. Promotion valid from 00:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on the indicated date for online purchases on www.ikea.pr or in the IKEA Inspire app.

4. PARTICULAR CONDITIONS

   a) PROMOTION NOT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE VOUCHER PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type appear on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive by email the purchase voucher of the highest amount, which may be redeemed in-store, at an IKEA pickup point or online. The purchase voucher is non-refundable, non-reloadable, and non-transferable.

   b) Receipt of the Purchase Voucher: The customer will receive the purchase voucher by e-mail once the purchase invoice has been issued and validated and/or confirmed.

   c) Voucher redemption dates: The period during which the customer may use such voucher online and/or in person (store or pickup point) is from November 12 to November 23, 2025 inclusive.

   d) The purchase voucher will be calculated on the total value of the purchase excluding contracted services (transport and/or assembly).

   e) Online purchase voucher promotions will generate a purchase voucher with a maximum amount of RD$30,000.

   f) Online purchase voucher promotions may, in some cases, be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific terms. Redeeming an online purchase voucher never generates another purchase voucher.

   g) THE ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of these Promotion Rules, as well as the presented prizes, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notice will be posted on our website www.ikea.pr.

   h) In the event of a return of a purchase containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the eleven percent (11%) amount referred to in “point 4” of these Rules for the value of the returned item.

5. PRIZE: One Purchase Voucher equal to eleven percent (11%) of the online invoice amount for IKEA items, issued as a Purchase Voucher to be used online or in person at IKEA pickup points.

6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called “PROMOTIONS,” owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for such use. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, reference will be made to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the Promotion period on the website www.ikea.pr. If a winning participant does not wish to appear in such publications, they may send an email to lopd@ikeasi.com to withdraw their consent. 8. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

9. APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
