Service Cost Conditions
Planification and assistance Free. It consists of a planning and consulting service provided by IKEA's specialist partners and tailored to your needs.
We recommend that you provide us with a previous measurement of the space with the guidelines indicated by IKEA's expert staff.
In case of contracting the installation with IKEA it will always be necessary to make the measurement by our recommended partner, this service will have an additional cost.

To contract this service you must follow the following steps:
  • You must request an appointment through the points of contact with you.
  • Once the service has been provided, you must proceed to sign the design.
It will be necessary that you verify your design and documentation provided.
 
Measuring $50.00 It consists of a visit of the recommended collaborator to measure the space and the conditions of the area where the installation will take place.
If you plan to make several measurements, these must be billed separately, including all the complete data of the address in order to perform the service.

This service includes:
  • Taking all measurements of the room, including: water intakes, electrical, smoke outlets, building conditions, type of walls/ceilings and any relevant elements.
  • Photos of the area where the custom kitchen, cabinet or countertop is to be installed.
Kitchen verification $50.00 It consists of a second visit after the initial measurement, where the recommended collaborator checks the modifications made to the space and the conditions of the area where the installation of a kitchen will take place.
Click&Collect Free.  It consists of a free service for you to pick up your purchases made through our website or tele-orders at the point of contact chosen by you.
When your items are available, we will send you a notification, but remember that, if you do not pick them up within 3 working days after this notice, we will cancel your purchase and refund you the amount of the items, in the same way you made the payment.
Parcel delivery $8.95 It consists of delivering new, small or medium-sized items that you have purchased through our website, IKEA Inspire app or by telephone with our Tele-ordering team.

To be considered as a parcel service, the order must meet the following criteria:
  • Maximum weight per item: 20 kg.
Please check the delivery times on our website.
This service does not have the storage service so if we cannot deliver the products, we will cancel and manage the return, deducting the costs of transport.
Home delivery From $50.00 It consists of delivering the new items you have purchased at one of our points of contact, to the destination we have agreed upon.
Transportation to delivery points or shops Free. It consists of taking the items you have purchased in one of our contact points to the delivery points or shops where you will have them available for pick up.
We will notify you via sms and email when the item is available to be picked up, from that moment you will have 3 days to pick it up, after this period we will cancel your purchase and we will refund the amount of the items, in the same way the payment was made.
Removal of your old sofa $25.00 It consists of removing your used sofa, at the time of delivery of your new sofa purchased at IKEA.
You must ensure that the items are disassembled and ensure that the dimensions allow its removal, by its access door or any area for the performance of the service.
As the customer it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is free of pests and boring insects, if this is the case we will not be able to perform the removal service.
Once the removal service has been performed you will not be able to claim the items included in it.
If you finally decide not to deliver the item for removal, we will note it in the order and you will be refunded the service when appropriate.
Removal of your old mattress $10.00 It consists in taking back your used mattress, at the time of delivery of your new mattress purchased at IKEA.
For those mattresses that come rolled up, you have the possibility to have us remove them on the third day.
You must ensure that the items are disassembled and ensure that the dimensions allow its removal, by its access door or any area for the performance of the service.
As the customer it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is free of pests and boring insects, if this is the case we will not be able to perform the removal service.
Once the removal service has been performed you will not be able to claim the items included in it.
If you finally decide not to deliver the item for removal, we will note it in the order and you will be refunded the service when appropriate.
Removal of applicances $15.00 It consists of the removal of your used appliance, at the time of delivery of your new appliance purchased at IKEA.
Removal of your old kitchen From $50.00 It consists of the removal of your used kitchen, at the time of delivery of your new kitchen purchased at IKEA.
It will be necessary that the kitchen is disassembled at the time of delivery for removal.
You must ensure that the items are disassembled and ensure that the dimensions allow for removal through the access door or any service area.
As a customer it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is free of pests and boring insects, being this the case we will not be able to perform the removal service.

Removal for the return of items of little or medium dimensions $8.95 This consists of picking up new items you have purchased at one of our contact points via parcel service and delivering them to IKEA for exchange or return.
Excluded from the pick-up service, even if purchased from IKEA, are food products, custom-made countertops, opportunity items, display items, pre-assembled items and customized products.

Removal for the return of items of big dimensions From $50.00 This consists of picking up new items you have purchased at one of our contact points excluding parcels and delivering them to IKEA for exchange or return.
Excluded from the pick-up service, even if purchased from IKEA, are food products, opportunity items, display items, pre-assembled items and customized products.

Furniture assemblage 18% of the value of the purchase with a minimum of $50.00 Consists of the assembly/installation of new items purchased at one of our points of contact, including those items that are installed with posts and suspension rails anchored to the wall or ceiling and following the instructions included in the packaging.

This service includes:
  • Connections and fixing material.
  • Installation of posts, suspension rails and anchors.
  • The assembly of mini kitchens (ÄSPINGE and SUNNERSTA kitchen). It consists of furniture assembly service together with key installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry and decoration works.
  • The installation of protective plastics for the interior of the drawers (mat).
  • Installation of trim plugs.
Modular assemblage of SKYTTA wardrobes $3.00
lineal meter.		 It consists of the assembly of SKYTTA floor to ceiling sliding doors that you have purchased in one of our contact points and following the instructions included in the packaging, without any type of adaptation or modification of the furniture, except those indicated in the project.
The assembly will ALWAYS be conditioned to the previous contracting of the measurement service with our authorized service provider. This service will consist of taking measurements of the space where it will be installed. Based on this measurement we will make a design of the SKYTTA solution.
We cannot install on sloping or uneven ceilings, the installation will be made on a flat surface parallel to the floor and, in addition, it will not be possible to install the floor track on radiant floors, carpets and/or rugs.
When we have a ceiling that is not made of Gypsum board and the side walls are made of Gypsum board, in this case we will mount the SKYTTA solution including the stop bar.
Keep in mind that the SKYTTA solution will not be mounted in children's rooms, bathrooms, outdoor spaces and wet areas or with water intakes nearby and/or faucets in general, at a distance of less than 20 cm, so we will not mount in this type of areas.
In those assemblies in which the goods have been started and/or manipulated before the assembler starts the service, we will not be responsible for any damage detected in the articles.
If it is necessary to make cuts in baseboards / skirting boards, they will be made in those that are made of wood, plastic and / or similar.
For the hiring of SKYTTA it is necessary that the area where the service is going to be performed, is delimited by ceiling, floor and two walls.

This service includes:
  • Assembly of structures, doors, panels, hardware, handles, stop bars, rails, height reducer and its cuts, according to the instructions of the product and the final design made at IKEA. Lighting, accessories and complements from PAX, PLATSA and SKYTTA.
  • Fixing and sealing material included.
This service does not include:
  • Modifications made in the home over the final design.
  • Electrical work, masonry, decoration, gas connections, plumbing, painting or cleaning.
  • Cutting of glass and mirror panels.
  • If there is a small space above the doors, less than 5 cm, it can be compensated by using distance pieces that are not part of our assortment, not being possible to assemble them.

We will also not install the SKYTTA solution if the distance pieces are placed on a ceiling that is considered unsuitable for installation.
Assemblage of modular wardrobes $3.00 per linear inch, minimum $117.00 It consists of the modular assembly of cabinets, which you have purchased in one of our points of contact, including those items that are installed with posts and suspension rails anchored to the wall or ceiling and following the instructions included in the packaging.

This service includes:
  • Assembly of structures, doors, hardware, handles, lighting, accessories and complements.
  • Fixing and anchoring material.
How will the linear meters be counted?
They will be counted with the sum of all the widths of the structures that make up the modular cabinet.
Complements installation $15 each, minimum $50. It consists of the installation and assembly of the various accessories, lighting (electrical connection, electrical outlet) or any other type of decorative complement that you have purchased at one of our contact points and that is installed on a wall/ceiling, as appropriate, following the instructions included in the packaging.
Example: mirrors, lamps, curtain rails, LYSEKIL panels (including horizontal and vertical cuts).

This service includes:
  • Connections, fixing material.
  • Wall/ceiling anchors.
  • Electrical connection by means of electrical outlet as long as there are wires on the surface of the lamp location. Remember that we do not perform electrical work.
  • It includes the assembly of lamps.

This service does not include:
  • Modifications in the accessories.
  • Hanging curtains.
Integrated lighting installation $15 each, minimum $50.00 It consists of the installation and assembly of the integrated furniture lighting (electrical connection and socket), which you have purchased in one of our contact points and following the instructions included in the packaging.

This service includes:
  • The installation and assembly of the integrated furniture lighting.
This service does not include:
  • Disassembly/disassembly and assembly/disassembly of furniture.
Disassembly of furniture 15% of the total purchase. It consists of the disassembly and/or uninstallation of IKEA items, as long as you have purchased equivalent items in any of our IKEA contact points and you have contracted the assembly and/or installation of these, always in the same place where we will perform this service.
Remember that we cannot guarantee the condition of the items once they have been disassembled or uninstalled or the possible incidents that may arise in the disassembly / uninstallation.
Please note that we do not dismantle / uninstall Gypsum board walls.
Bathroom installation $120.00 It consists of the installation of bathroom furniture, which you have purchased in one of our points of contact with you, including the fixings to the wall and following the instructions included in the packaging.

This service includes:
  • Assembly of bathroom cabinets, sinks (maximum 2 per room), installation of countertops including their cutouts, IKEA siphon connection to the wall and faucet connection to the water outlets. As well as complements, lighting, and mirrors.
  • Anchoring, connections, fastening material, and sealing.
Please note that extra sinks from 2 or more will be invoiced separately.
Uninstallation of bathrooms $40.00 per stay. It consists of the dismantling and disassembly of bathroom furniture, as long as you have purchased equivalent products in our IKEA contact points and you have contracted the installation of bathrooms always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.

This service includes:
  • Uninstallation and disassembly of bathroom cabinets, sinks, disconnection of the siphon to the wall, faucet to water outlets, provided that it can be done without plumbing, masonry, electrical work.
  • De-installation of toilets will be billed per stay.
This service does not include:
  • Uninstallation of made-to-measure countertops or similar (marble, stone, porcelain...), those attached to the wall, built-in bathrooms, heaters and radiators.
Installation of SEKTION high modules kitchens $3.33 per linear meter, minimum $165.00 It consists of the installation of new kitchen items that you have purchased in one of our points of contact, anchored to the wall or ceiling and following the instructions included in the packaging.
Please note that it is considered kitchen installation, the installation of kitchen furniture that even occurring in any other room of the house include cuts (countertops / panels), or some kind of electrical installation and / or water.
The installation will ALWAYS be conditioned to the previous contracting of the measurement service with our authorized service provider. This service will consist of taking measurements of the space where it will be installed.
Based on this measurement, the design of your kitchen will be made and adapted.
If you are going to make changes or the space is under construction, it will be necessary to hire the measurement and verification service, this means a second visit to verify the area once the changes and works have been completed by you.

This service includes:
  • Assembly and installation of tall modules, covers lack, hinges, doors, fronts, drawers, moldings, side panels, handles, all interior accessories (shelves, baskets, etc.), and kitchen lighting provided you have the connection points ready.
  • Adaptation of height, width or depth of modules and / or cuts, perforations due to cables, pipes, columns, etc. ...., indicated in the design.
  • Installations of pre-cut decorative panels (as part of the upper linear meters of the kitchen) with vertical and horizontal cuts.
  • Installation of IKEA appliances, with their connection to the electrical installation (plug, sockets) and to the water supply (supply and drainage), provided that they are properly enabled.
  • Commissioning of the IKEA appliance integrated or free installation.

Linear meters of upper modules and linear meters of lower modules will be counted separately. If there is a room/room adjacent to the kitchen (whether or not separated by a door), it will be considered part of the kitchen and will be included in the same installation service.

This service does not include:

Please note that it is considered kitchen installation, the installation of kitchen furniture that even occurring in any other room of the house include cuts (countertops / panels), or some kind of electrical installation and / or water.

  • Adaptation of height, width or depth of modules, or cuts, perforations due to cables, pipes, columns, etc. indicated in the design.
  • Installation of decorative panels - pre-cut (as part of the lower linear meters of the kitchen) with vertical and horizontal cuts.
  • Placement of refrigerator/oven grilles under tower baseboards.
  • Installation of pre-cut countertops, including cut-outs for hob, sink, faucet, as well as trim and wall panel. All necessary accessories such as FIXA countertop support hardware, FIXA support hardware (including those required for stone countertops).

You can hire this service when it is not linked to a kitchen installation, and it will be necessary to add a kitchen installer visit to your contract.

This service includes:
  • Connection to the electrical installation (to electrical outlet) and to the water inlet (supply and drainage), as long as they are correctly enabled.
  • Connection cable up to 1.5 meters.
  • Commissioning of the IKEA appliance.
This service does not include:
  • Gas installation connections or disconnections (hobs, ovens).
  • In the case of combined gas and electric appliances, only the electrical part will be mounted.
  • Handling of NO IKEA doors for paneling.
  • Handling of NON IKEA worktops.
Installation of NOT IKEA appliances $45.00 It consists of the pre-installation of NO IKEA appliances without integration.
This service can only be contracted if you already have a service linked to a kitchen installation, for which it will be necessary that you provide us with the instruction manual for assembly, otherwise it will not be possible to do it.
You must take into account that it will be necessary that you have provided the measurements of the appliance at the time of billing, and this must be at home the same day of the installation of kitchens, otherwise it will not be possible to perform it.

This service includes:
  • Boxing (hole in one piece and assembled with another), as long as the space is enabled for it.
This service does not include:
  • Electrical or gas connections or disconnections for any NON IKEA appliances.
  • Connecting board wiring.
  • Handling of NON IKEA doors for paneling.
Installation of precut countertops $1.5 per linear inch. It consists of the installation of pre-cut countertops, which you have purchased at one of our contact points, following the instructions included in the packaging.
You can contract this service when it is linked to an IKEA kitchen purchase.

This service includes:
  • Hob cut-outs, sink, faucet, as well as the wall finial(s). All necessary complements such as FIXA countertop support hardware, FIXA support hardware.

This service does not include:
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry or decoration work.
Sink installation $40.00  It consists of the installation of sink / sink with its corresponding hole, as long as it is a pre-cut countertop IKEA that you have purchased in one of our points of contact and following the instructions included in the packaging.
You can contract this service when it is not linked to a kitchen installation, and it will be necessary to add a kitchen installer visit to your contract.

This service includes:
  • Anchors and fixing material.
This service does not include: 
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry or decoration works.
NOT IKEA Sink installation $45.00  It consists of the installation of NO IKEA sink with its corresponding hole, as long as it is a pre-cut countertop or IKEA custom-made countertop that you have purchased in one of our points of contact with you, and following the instructions marked on the articles.
To contract this service it must be linked to a kitchen installation and it will be necessary that you provide us with the instruction manual for its assembly, otherwise it will not be possible to carry it out.
You must take into account that it will be necessary to provide the measurements of the sink at the time of billing, and this must be at home the same day of the kitchen installation, otherwise it will not be possible to do it.
As a client, you must have all the necessary elements to be able to make the connection: enabled water intakes, siphon.

This service includes:
  •  Anchors and fixing material.
This service does not include:
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry and decoration works.
Faucet installation $40.00  It consists of the installation of key with its corresponding hole, as long as it is a pre-cut IKEA countertop that you have purchased in one of our points of contact, and following the instructions included in the packaging.
To contract this service it must not be linked to a kitchen installation, and it will be necessary to add a kitchen installer visit to your contract.
As a customer, you must have all the necessary elements to be able to make the connection: enabled water intakes, siphon.

This service includes:
  • Anchors and fixing material.
This service does not include:
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry and decoration works.
NOT IKEA Faucet installation $45.00  It consists of the installation of NO IKEA faucet with its corresponding hole, as long as it is a pre-cut countertop or custom-made IKEA countertop that you have purchased in one of our contact points with you, and following the instructions marked on the articles.
To contract this service it must be linked to a kitchen installation and it will be necessary that you provide us with the instruction manual for its assembly, otherwise it will not be possible to perform it.
You must take into account that it will be necessary that you have provided the measurements of the key at the time of billing, and this must be at home the same day of the installation of kitchens, otherwise it will not be possible to perform it.
As a customer, you must have all the necessary elements to be able to make the connection: enabled water intakes, siphon.

This service includes:
  • Anchors and fixing material.
This service does not include: 
  • Cleaning, welding, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry and decoration works.
Ceiling closure $1.00 p/l. It consists of the installation of a panel between the kitchen wall units and the ceiling that you have purchased in one of our contact points, and following the instructions marked on the articles.
The closures to the ceiling/ceiling must not exceed 20 cm and must not be less than 5 cm.
To contract this service must not be linked to a kitchen installation and will be billed at least 78 linear inches.
Modification of installation agenda $60.00  Remember that if you cancel or postpone the complete kitchen installation service without prior notice with less than 4 working days you will have to pay a cancellation or modification fee.
You should know that we can not delay more than 30 days from the date initially agreed, and a maximum of two date changes per service may be made as long as they do not exceed the maximum period, after that period, we will cancel the order, we will refund the amount you have paid the customer for the service, and will not be refunded the service modification / cancellation schedule assembly and installation.
Uninstalling of modular kitchen USD 2.05 per linear inch (minimum 39 inches). It consists of the uninstallation of a modular kitchen, as long as you have contracted the installation of a kitchen, always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.
We will try to guarantee the condition of the items once they have been disassembled or uninstalled, we will not be responsible for any possible incidents arising in the disassembly / uninstallation.

This service includes:
Dismantling and disassembly of modular kitchen and appliances.
This service does not include:
Dismantling of made-to-measure countertop or similar (marble, stone, porcelain...), kitchens and masonry or masonry elements, gas hob and heaters.
Uninstalling modules and its complements 15% of the total purchase. It consists of the removal of modules, legs, hinges, doors, fronts, drawers, baseboards, moldings, side panels, handles and all kitchen interior accessories, as long as you have purchased equivalent products in our points of contact and have contracted the installation of these.
Uninstalling of appliances $15.00 It consists of the uninstallation of IKEA appliances, both integrated and non-integrated, as long as you have purchased equivalent products in our contact points and you have contracted the installation of the appliance, always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Uninstallation of gas hob.
Uninstalling of NOT IKEA appliances $25.00 It consists of the uninstallation of NON IKEA appliances without integration, as long as you have purchased equivalent products in our contact points and you have contracted the installation of the appliance, always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Uninstallation of gas hob and heaters.
Uninstalling of precut countertops 0.50 $ per linear inch, minimum 39 inches (linked to kitchen and/or appliance installation). It consists of the de-installation of IKEA pre-cut countertop, as long as you have purchased equivalent products in our points of contact and you have contracted the installation of a pre-cut countertop, always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.

This service does not include:
  • Uninstallation of gas hob
  • Uninstallation of countertop to measure or similar (marble, stone, porcelain ...) and those that are attached to the wall work.
Uninstalling of sink $15.00 It consists of the sink uninstallation, as long as you have purchased equivalent products in our points of contact and you have contracted the sink installation, always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.
Uninstalling of NOT IKEA sink $25.00 It consists of the uninstallation of a NON IKEA sink, as long as you have purchased equivalent products in our points of contact and you have contracted the sink installation, always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.
Uninstalling of faucet $15.00 It consists of the uninstallation of a key, provided that you have purchased equivalent products in our points of contact and have contracted the installation of a key, always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.
Uninstalling of NOT IKEA faucet $25.00 It consists of the uninstallation of a NON IKEA faucet, as long as you have purchased equivalent products in our contact points and you have contracted the installation of a faucet, always in the same place where we will perform the installation service.
Visit of kitchen installer $55.00 It consists of the displacement of the kitchen installer for services not associated with a kitchen installation.
Visit of furniture installer $45.00 Consists of the displacement of the furniture assembler for services not associated with the assembly of furniture.
Sewing alteration curtain size alteration sewing thread $8.00 It consists of altering the length (increase of turnings) of curtains that have been purchased in our IKEA stores, with sewing thread.
The items associated with the sewing service must be in their original packaging, in good condition and untouched. Please note that we will not perform the service on items that have not been purchased at IKEA contact points.
If you want this service you must provide the correct measurements and observations necessary for the preparation of the service. IKEA will not be responsible for any possible incidents that may arise due to an error in the data provided.
To contract this service, you must go to the service contracting counter with the article, the desired measurements and the purchase invoice of the articles.
The service will be available for collection in approximately 7 working days.
