You can easily adjust the height of the desk between 70 and 120 cm by holding the handle and lightly pushing the tabletop up/down until you have the best position for standing or sitting.
The gas spring and the stable steel base allow the desk to be raised/lowered quietly, quickly and safely to a comfortable height.
