1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion called "WEDNESDAYS AT IKEA TASTE BETTER" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico on Wednesdays, March 6, March 13, March 20, and March 27. (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").
4. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: All customers who make a purchase on Wednesdays in March 2024 at IKEA Restaurant or Swedish Café (hereinafter referred to as "IKEA FOOD") WITH NO MINIMUM VALUE, who in the same month also make a purchase at IKEA Bayamón Store, and present the IKEA FOOD invoice to the seller or cashier at the IKEA Store on the same day of their purchase at IKEA (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area) will receive a discount of up to $10 for the value of the purchase made at IKEA FOOD, credited to their purchase invoice at IKEA Bayamón Store. Discount of up to $10 applies for a minimum purchase of $50 in purchases made during the month of March 2024 at IKEA Bayamón Store. Invoices are accumulative, with a maximum discount of $10 and can be redeemed until March 31, 2024.
Participation in this promotion will be applicable to purchases made at IKEA Bayamón Store. The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.pr, on social networks, or at the IKEA Bayamón Store.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
a) PROMOTION NOT ACCUMULABLE WITH OTHER PURCHASE CHECK PROMOTIONS: If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the purchase check for the highest amount that you can use through your store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase check will not be refundable, reactivable, or transferable to any person.
b) Purchase check promotions may in some cases be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules. The redemption of an online purchase check never generates another purchase check.
c) The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, the terms and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified reasons. In the event of cancellation or changes to the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.ikea.pr
d) Upon return of the purchase containing items covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage as appropriate and as specified in "point 4" of these rules.
5. PRIZE: Discount of up to $10 on a purchase over $50 as detailed in point "4. Promotion Mechanics" (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area). To claim the prize, it is essential that the customer presents the IKEA FOOD purchase invoice. Discount is non-transferable, can be redeemed by the customer at IKEA Bayamón Store. In the event of a return, the customer must bring it to the store or any of the points and the value of the transportation cannot be compensated for its cash value.
6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that customers provide to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS", owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is valid on the website www.ikea.pr.
8. GENERAL: The Organizers may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 of February 6, 2020, and these rules.
