PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will carry out the promotion called $10 OFF IKEA ANNIVERSARY 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in Puerto Rico on October 4, 2025.

PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPANTS: The first customers to arrive on October 4, 2025 will receive a FRAKTA bag and a purchase voucher with which they can redeem $10 off applied at checkout or with sales associates on furniture, in a purchase made that day of $50 or more. Applies only at physical locations (IKEA Bayamón Store, IKEA Carolina, and Ponce Delivery Point) to the first people to arrive starting at 9:00am:

First 100 customers at IKEA Bayamón Store
First 50 customers at IKEA Escorial Point
First 50 customers at IKEA Ponce Point

Discount valid only on October 4, 2025, for 1 purchase made at IKEA Stores or Delivery Points. Requires a minimum purchase of $50 to activate the $10 discount. Present receipt at the time of payment. Not combinable with other offers and/or promotions. Does not apply to Restaurant, Bistro, or Swedish Store invoices, nor to transport or assembly services. It is not necessary to return the FRAKTA bag that will be given as a gift.

The Organizers may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms, and conditions of these promotion rules, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause. In case of cancellation or changes to the promotion, notification will be made on our website www.IKEA.pr, on social media, or at the IKEA Bayamón store.

PRIZE: $10 discount on a purchase made on October 4, 2025, requires a minimum purchase of $50. See “5. Promotion Mechanics” (excludes transport and assembly services and items from the opportunities area). Discount is non-transferable, and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA Bayamón Store, IKEA Carolina, and Ponce Delivery Point. In case of a return, the customer must bring it to the store or point, and the value of transport cannot be compensated in cash.

1. To guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents, such as a passport or driver’s license. The customer releases The Organizers from any liability resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, provided the cause is not attributable to The Organizer.

2. In the event of a return of the item from the series combinations subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of transport as specified in “point 5” of these rules, from the value of the returned item.

3. The promotion will be applicable to purchases made at IKEA Bayamón Store or Escorial and Ponce Points. Does not apply to online purchases. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Law, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need for express written consent for the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, reference will be made to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially the Commercial Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
