1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC ("IKEA") (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will carry out the promotion known as "WEDNESDAYS AT IKEA KNOW BETTER" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid on the Island of Puerto Rico on Wednesdays April 3, April 10, April 17, and April 24. (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period").
4. PROMOTION MECHANISM AND PARTICIPANTS: All customers who make a purchase on Wednesdays in April 2024 at IKEA Restaurant or Swedish Café (hereinafter referred to as "IKEA FOOD") WITH NO MINIMUM VALUE, who in the same month also purchase at IKEA Bayamón and Carolina Store, and present the IKEA FOOD invoice to the seller or cashier at IKEA Store on the same day of their purchase at IKEA (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area) will receive a discount of up to $10 for the value of the purchase made at IKEA FOOD, applicable to their purchase invoice at IKEA Bayamón and Carolina Store. $10 discount applies for a minimum purchase of $50 on purchases made during April 2024 at IKEA Bayamón and Carolina Store. Invoices are cumulative, with a maximum discount of $10, and can be redeemed until April 30, 2024.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
a) PROMOTION NOT ACCUMULABLE WITH OTHER GIFT CARD PROMOTIONS: if two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, you will receive by email the gift card of greater value that you can use in your store, IKEA point or online. The gift card is not refundable, reactivable, or transferable to any person.

d) Upon return of the purchase made containing items subject to this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage as applicable and as specified in "point 4" of these rules.
5. PRIZE: Discount of up to $10 on a purchase over $50 as detailed in "4. Promotion Mechanism" (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area). To claim the prize, it is essential that the customer presents the IKEA FOOD purchase invoice. The discount is non-transferable, can be redeemed by the customer at IKEA Bayamón and Carolina Store. In the event of a return, the customer must bring it to the store or any of the points and the value of the transportation cannot be compensated for its cash value.
6. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be incorporated into the data file called "PROMOTIONS," owned by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (IKEA). 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: Mere participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these rules and also consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NO. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for these purposes. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the applicable law in Puerto Rico. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in effect on the website www.ikea.pr.
8. GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those customers who directly or indirectly have altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Regulation of Commercial Practices No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020, and these rules.
